Where encryption is provided, specific security characteristics will be disclosed in the relevant feature documentation.

8. AUDIO AND VIDEO CALLING

REELTEEX may offer internet-based calling between supported accounts.

Users acknowledge that:

REELTEEX calling does not replace traditional telephone-network services unless a separately authorized service explicitly provides that functionality.

By providing content to REELTEEX, users grant the Company a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and operate the requested Services.

For content intentionally made public, this license includes distribution to the audience selected by the user or otherwise clearly associated with the public feature.

The license ordinarily ends when content is deleted, except for lawful retention, existing recipient copies, authorized prior distribution, or reasonable technical backup processes.

Users confirm that they possess the rights necessary to upload or share their content.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

30. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REELTEEX is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, operate without interruption, or satisfy every user's expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Konectddot Technologies Inc. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages where the relevant exclusion is enforceable.

No provision excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters where exclusion is prohibited.

Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

32. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, commercial users agree to indemnify Konectddot Technologies Inc. against qualifying third-party claims arising directly from unlawful content, material violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

33. GOVERNING LAW

Except where applicable mandatory laws require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Konectddot Technologies Inc. operates from Texas, and applicable Texas, federal, interstate, and international consumer protection requirements remain in effect where relevant.

The final agreement will identify any applicable court venue and dispute-resolution procedures following legal review.

34. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Users are encouraged to contact REELTEEX support to seek an informal resolution before commencing formal proceedings.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to a competent court or another lawfully agreed dispute-resolution process.

No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or exclusive venue provision is established by this draft.

Any such provision would require separate legal review, clear disclosure, and compliance with applicable consumer protections.

To the extent allowed by law, the Company will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, major infrastructure outages, governmental restrictions, widespread telecommunications failures, or comparable circumstances.

This provision does not remove mandatory obligations imposed by applicable law.

Material changes affecting paid contractual benefits will be addressed under applicable terms and consumer law.

We may revise these Terms to reflect platform developments, legal requirements, or operational changes.

Updated versions will include a revision date.

Where required, material revisions will be communicated before taking effect.

Additional consent or acceptance will be requested when legally necessary.

38. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

39. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a particular provision does not automatically constitute a permanent waiver of the Company's right to enforce that provision in future circumstances, subject to applicable law.

40. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable subscription terms, and any relevant supplemental agreements constitute the governing terms for the respective Services.

A separately executed enterprise or business agreement may supersede particular provisions where expressly stated.
